Project Boards #
Project Boards are Kanban boards for delivery work: investigations, site rollouts, maintenance, and handoffs that should stay attached to real Dataplicity fleet records.
They are not an incident queue and not a customer-facing surface. Use Incidents and on-call for response ownership, and Customer surfaces when customers need selected truth. Use a board when the work itself needs columns, owners, checklists, and links beside the fleet.
Project Boards are available when the module is enabled for the organisation.
