Teams

Give colleagues access to your Dataplicity organisation. Each user signs in with their own account, so there is no need to share passwords.

Organisation administrators manage users and roles from the current Users page.

## Use cases

Commercial support and engineering

Keep development, staging, and production access under organisation-managed identities. Support investigates field issues and engineering handles escalations while devices stay at customer sites.

OEM and IoT vendors

Assign roles for support, engineering, and operations instead of sharing one account across the company.

Setup

1. Open Settings, then Users
2. Choose Add user
3. Enter the user's details and assign the appropriate role
4. Review or remove access when responsibilities change
