Billing and usage
Your organisation's subscription, entitlements, and approved overrides determine product access and service limits. Check Billing, Subscriptions, and Usage for the values that apply to your organisation.
Review the account
Use the dashboard to review:
- active subscription and billing status
- invoices and available invoice documents
- included and used units for measured services
- current hard cap where one applies
- enabled product features
- service-limit warnings and supported self-service adjustments
Plan names do not guarantee access to a feature or a fixed usage limit. Check the enabled features and service limits for your organisation.
Measured services
Service limits can cover devices, log ingestion, monitors, incidents, on-call escalation, scheduled tasks, users, status pages, and other enabled modules. Units and enforcement differ by service.
Logs are measured in ingestion units and may support an organisation-controlled adjustment. Incident and on-call services do not use overage in the same way. Check the current service card before increasing usage.
When an action is blocked, read the service-limit message, confirm current usage, and ask an organisation administrator to adjust or change the subscription through the supported flow. Do not repeatedly retry a blocked write.
Operational planning
Review usage before enabling high-volume logs, adding a large monitor set, provisioning a shipment, or expanding on-call responders. Keep capacity changes in the same change record as the operational rollout.
