Diagnostics
Dataplicity Diagnostics for Mobile allows you to monitor the system configuration and network performance of your device from our Android, iOS and Windows 10 apps.
This is a premium feature
Diagnostics is available on any of our paid plans.
Accessing Diagnostics
From our Android, or iOS apps, click on a device in your device list. In the terminal window when you click on the three vertical dots in top right corner you should see couple of options. One of the options will be "Diagnostics". In our Windows 10 app, open a device terminal and press 'Diagnostics' in the bottom right.
